Dear parents,

As is traditional this time of year, our daycare will be going to the sugar shack on Wednesday, March 18th, 2009 at “Chalet des Érables” in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, located at 384, Montée Gagnon, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines. For more information you may visit their website at www.chaletdeserables.com.

The excursion includes a wide variety of activities:

• The school bus ride to and from the sugar shack
• A guided tour
• Train Ride
• Antique car ride
• A “one horse open sleigh” ride
• Fire truck Visit
• Indoor Magic show,
• A very generous traditional Québecois buffet meal ( non pork alternatives will be available)
• Visit they animals
• Snack
• The famous “tire d’érable”
• Surprise Activities

The participants must arrive at the daycare at 7:00 a.m. SHARP as the departure time will be at approximately 7:30 a.m. Anyone who arrives late or is absent will not be refunded. The departure from Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, will be at 3:00 p.m. and the return to the daycare is expected around 4:00 p.m. Please take note that the schedule may vary according to traffic.

The cost of this trip is $23.00 per person. Please complete, sign and return this form before Friday, March 6th, 2007.
