For those of you who do not know, the Parents Advisory Committee now has the responsibility of processing complaints and comments from the parents. Please feel free to send your comments and/or complaints to Madame Joanne Lafond, Secretary of Complaints of our Parent’s Advisory Committee.
You may contact her by email at Joanne.lafond@garderielescanaries.com , or by leaving a letter in a sealed envelope at the administration office.
Please note that the Parents Advisory Committee will keep your identity confidential, but in any event you must sign your complaint and give contact information so they can reply to you.
