Scheduling Child Care Services:
2006-12-06

Respecting the schedule on your contract is mandatory

On your contract, each of you specified a time of entry and a time of departure.  It is very important to respect the schedule indicated on your contract, as this schedule is a contractual obligation you have towards the daycare.

Varying schedules are not accepted, as per the Regulation, as the opening hours of the daycare are calculated based on the schedule of the vast majority of the parents.

Should you wish to change your contract to reflect more accurately your time of arrival and departure, you must cancel your contract (in writing – by letter or by completing the form on the back) pay the required by OPC $50 cancellation fee, and we can proceed to make a new contract with the changes you require.

Exceptionally, for the month of December 2006, we will accept to wave the $50 fee to give the opportunity to parents who may have not understood the system to rectify any anomalies.

Please note that the schedule you have indicated on your contract is a contractual obligation which you have towards the daycare.  Failure to conform to that schedule and/or correct your contract is grounds for the daycare to cancel your contract.

Please schedule an appointment with the administration of the daycare should you wish to make corrections to your contract.
