Changes to the arrival-and-departure procedure for children.
2020-11-13

We have received new instructions from the MF regarding the arrival and departure of the children.

As of Monday, November 16, 2020, parents will be admitted to the daycare locker room for a period of no more than 10 minutes.

How it will work is that you entered the locker room and you find a place (marked on the floor) thus respecting the required distance.  It is NOT necessary for you to be placed in front of your child's locker.  If the spot in front of your child's locker is available, take it.  If not, take another spot in the locker room.

If all the places are occupied, you will have to wait outside the daycare for the next available spot.

During morning arrival, you undress your child, in the best time, and this in less than 10 minutes, being aware that other parents are waiting.  When your child is ready, you present your child to the educator with the clothes that go to the locker.  If you are close (in the section) to your child's locker you could put things on yourself.  You should then leave the daycare as soon as you have presented your child to the educator.  The time allocated for this is a total of 10 minutes, being aware that other parents are waiting.

During evening departure, same idea;  As soon as you are in place, the educator brings you your child and the clothes from the locker.  Again, if you are close (in the section) to your child's locker you could take things yourself.  You should dress your child and leave as soon as possible.  The time allocated for this is a total of 10 minutes, being aware that other parents are waiting.

The use of facemasks is required at all times while you are in the locker room of the daycare.  It is also mandatory to sterilize your hands both while entering and leaving the daycare.

The other sections of the daycare are not accessible by parents under these COVID protocols.

The total duration of your presence in the daycare may not exceed 10 minutes.

If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to ask the daycare staff.

Thank you
